Gloam 'Well Dwelling' EP Launch @ The Bird

Join Perth post-shoegaze outfit Gloam for an unforgettable night as they celebrate the release of their sophomore EP, Well Dwelling, at The Bird in Northbridge on Friday, 18 October.

Since their formation in early 2022, Gloam has carved out a distinct space in the local music scene with their immersive blend of ethereal soundscapes and powerful, genre-defying walls of sound. Drawing inspiration from shoegaze legends like Nothing, Diiv, and Deafheaven, Gloam has gained a dedicated following, captivating fans of alternative, indie, hardcore, and metal music.

Well Dwelling is a contemplative exploration of themes such as grief, anxiety, personal insecurities, and emotional growth. Through introspective lyrics and dynamic instrumentation, the EP represents a moment of reflection, closure, and maturity for the band.

Having shared stages with international heavyweights like Deafheaven, Movements, Touche Amore and Citizen, to name a few, Gloam is now poised to step into their next chapter paying homage to their old sound while experimenting with brand new atmospheric sounds with raw emotion.

Gloam will be joined by special guests Paint, Lauren and The Good Fights, and Hologram.
