Stalls for Tunnels of Terror Event
Deposits only at this stage.
EOI will close on 6th August
Approvals will be completed by 14th August
Invoices for remaining balance will be sent on 14th august and will be due on 15th August.
Refunds for those who are not approved will be processed to the card you used to pay with on 15th August.
There will not be duplicates of any category at all.
There will not be excessive food stalls.
A preference will be given to those who can have an item that fits the them, date completed EOI deposit, ability to stay 3 consecutive days.
We can have some stalls that can only do 1 day with conditions.
* Yes there is power, storage and parking onsite.
* Yes you can bring a cool room onsite if you will be there for 3 consecutive days.
Barge information etc will all be available on 15th August, other vessels will be organised for daily transport for stallholders.
