The Boîte Voices 2024 - Maiem: 'Songs of the Torres Strait'

Join us for a captivating choral experience, and your chance to sing at the Melbourne Recital Centre with The Boite Voices 2024, 'Maiem: Songs of The Torres Strait'. Led by Choir Director Stella Savy and Artistic Directors Deb Lowah Clark and Luke Captain, this project celebrates the vibrant culture and history of the Torres Strait Islands. 

Singers of all ages and abilities are welcome. Weekend rehearsals will prepare you for the grand concert on Saturday, 30th November. Don't worry if you can't read music—we provide excellent rehearsal materials. 

Be part of our 150-member choir and celebrate the unique heritage of the Torres Strait Islander people through song. Enroll now and let’s make beautiful music together!

Rehearsal dates: 

Weekend 7th and 8th September 10 am - 4 pm

Weekend 26th and 27th October 10 am - 4 pm

Sun 17th Nov 2 pm - 4:30 pm
