Harley Coleman returns for a rare performance in his hometown, promising a special reunion with his former mentor, Mark Spence on drums. Mark was instrumental in giving Harley his first jazz gigs as a teenager, playing at the Pier and Latin Loafer about 10 years ago. After Harley's move to Sydney, it's been difficult for them to get together and play, making the gig even more meaningful. They'll be joined by fellow Sydneysider Sabine Tapia on upright bass to complete the trio.

Expect a relaxed afternoon filled with jazz standards, along with a sprinkling of original compositions and select Australian tunes.

Harley Coleman is a musician of many worlds. Primarily a jazz & improvising

guitarist/ composer, he also traverses popular & experimental music as a

composer & multi-instrumentalist. Originally from Port Macquarie, he is quickly

solidifying his presence as a dynamic voice within the Sydney creative music

scene.
