WORLD'S SADDEST COWBOY

World’s Saddest Cowboy focuses on creating atmospheric yet abrasive soundscapes, capturing the essence of localized feeling, distance, longing and reflection. 

World's Saddest Cowboy embarked on their musical journey in 2023 with the release of their debut EP, "Cairns 2022." This EP, dedicated to North Queensland, serves as a poignant exploration of reflection and the sense of distance from a place once called home. Following this release, the band embarked on a series of travels across Queensland, opening for acts such as Eliza & the Delusionals and Late November. With a repertoire that includes intimate local shows and festivals and ended the year with their first headline show. 

Currently recording their debut EP, World's Saddest Cowboy anticipates a year of expansion. With aspirations to broaden their reach through an array of performances including shows and festivals, the band is poised to further establish their presence within the music landscape.
