Friday 14th June: 6 - 10 pm at The Establishment Bar

We would like to welcome you to an intimate Whisky and Craft Spirit Degustation Dinner with some of this region's finest distillers.

A curated 3-course meal paired with a selection of our distiller's favourite spirits to complement each serving, all whilst being MC'd by Ned Whiskies very own Mr. Scott Fitzsimons, host of the Australian Whisky Awards who will be picking the brains of four distillers in an intimate Q and A. (Allergies and Dietary requirements can not be catered for) 

This year's Distillers are;

• Welcome - Blacksnake Distillery (Narrabri NSW)
• Entree - Parrot Distilling Co. (Orange NSW)
• Mains - Bathurst Grange Distillery (Bathurst NSW) 
• Desserts - Manly Spirits Distilling Co. (Manly NSW) 

Saturday 15th June: 4 - 9 pm at Dubbo Turf Club - 11L Merrilea Road DUBBO NSW 2830 

Join us for an extraordinary evening experience of tasting in a family-friendly event showcasing some of the best Craft Spirits the industry has to offer.

Brought to you by the Establishment Bar Dubbo, you will be spoilt for choice between a selection of our region's finest whisky, rum, gin, vodka & liqueur & the latest products on offer.

Set in the spacious Dubbo Turf Club facility you can choose to bring a rug or a seat and soak up the atmosphere snuggled up & enjoying a selection of local food & dessert vendors and live entertainment from 4-9 pm. 

This year's entertainment includes

• 4:00 pm - The High Tone Pants
• 6:00pm & 7:15pm - Fierce Performing Arts + roaming acts throughout the evening
• 6:15 pm -The Macquarie River Mudflappers

Adult VIP ticket includes a whisky tasting cup with a DWWF lanyard so you can keep your hands free, 3 x Ready to Drink (RTD) cans from one of our generous sponsors & a tote bag with some offers, and flyers. You will also have access to a VIP area on the evening, along with access to all distillers, food vendors, market stall vendors and music entertainment. Included in your ticket is access to complimentary bus travel with return trips from The Establishment Bar Dubbo throughout the event. You will have the opportunity to purchase your favourite drinks or bottles of spirits on the night - please see T & Cs. 

Adult - Early Bird & General Admission tickets include access to all Distillers, Food Vendors, and Market Stall Vendors along with the music entertainment on the night. You will have the opportunity to purchase your favourite drinks or bottles of spirits on the night - please see T & Cs.

All Adult tickets can be upgraded to include bus travel for just $5 return. The bus will leave and return from The Establishment Bar Dubbo only - pre-purchase only. 

Corporate Package includes a tote bag, reserved indoor or verandah seating, a 4hour beverage package (beer, wine, sparkling, soft drink), hot & cold canapes, along with access to all distillers, food vendors, market stall vendors and music entertainment. Your business can also provide signage and we will display this signage in the festival space.
